Popular cryptocurrency prices improved marginally on Wednesday due to increased optimism among investors over the past 24 hours.
Bitcoin, the world’s largest cryptocurrency, was trading above $63,000 despite falling 0.13 per cent over its price 24 hours ago at 3:35 pm. Bitcoin’s market capitalization has increased to $1.19 trillion and the 24-hour traded volume fell marginally to $1.59 billion.
Ether was trading at least 3.7 per cent higher than its price 24 hours ago at $4,601.59. The market capitalisation of the cryptocurrency increased to $540 billion and the volume traded over the last 24 hours stood at $1.74 billion.

Other popular altcoins like XRP, Solana, Cardano, Polkadot, Terra, Stellar, Uniswap, Polygon and Litecoin jumped sharply over the past 24 hours. However, the meme crypto Shiba Inu has been losing much of its gains made over the past few sessions.
Commenting on the cryptocurrency market momentum, Edul Patel, CEO and Co-founder of Mudrex, a global algorithm-based crypto investment platform, said, “The cryptocurrency market displayed a highly bullish momentum over the past 24 hours.”
“The sleeping giants, Ripple and Solana, made massive moves driven by huge buying volume,” he added.
“The fact that the market did not see any profit booking even after surpassing a total market cap of $2.7 trillion, is a highly positive sign.”
